休闲活动对老年人健康生活方式的影响——以泉州市老年人服务机构为例

摘　　要：以泉州市10所老年人服务机构的老年人为研究对象,通过问卷调查的方式,探讨参与休闲活动对老年人健康生活方式的影响.研究结果显示:老年人对休闲活动有较高的认可度和参与度,参与休闲活动和健康生活方式呈显著正相关性.参与休闲活动的频率越高,健康状况越好.In quanzhou city 10 elderly services of the elderly as the research object, through the way of questionnaire survey, discussion participation in leisure activities influence on the healthy lifestyle. The results showed that the elderly have higher recog- nition and participation to leisure activities, way of life is in good condition; Participate in leisure activity and a healthy lifestyle has significant positive correlation; Participation in leisure activities the higher the frequency, the better the health status.
