摘  要:以转EPSPS基因的抗草甘膦棉花品系R3136为材料,研究了农达41%水剂作为棉花杀雄剂的杂交棉制种技术。结果表明,农达作为化学杀雄剂应用于杂交棉制种是切实可行的;在湖北棉区盛花期,用农达41%水剂400倍液间隔7 d喷药4-5次,可以得到符合国家标准的杂交棉种子。Taking the transgenic glyphosate-resistant cotton germplasm R3136 with EPSPS as material, the hybrid cotton seed production technology of chemical hybridizing with Roundup 41% aqua was studied. The results showed that Roundup 41%aqua was feasible to apply in hybrid cotton seed production as a chemical hybridizing agent. The experiment results found that it could obtain hybrid cotton seeds in line with national standards in Hubei province, as long as the transgenic cotton germplasms K01 with EPSPS gene were treated by Roundup 41% aqua (diluted 400 times) every 7 days for 4 5 times from full-bloom stage.
