摘  要:以3个核不育陆地棉为母本,3个常规品系为父本,对亲本和配制的杂交一代不同时期的抗氧化酶酶活性进行测定。结果表明,在棉花测定发育阶段,不论是亲本还是杂交种,CAT和SOD酶活性均在7月21日左右达到最高,随后开始下降。POD酶活性持续上升。在3个核不育系母本中,在各个时期HN10的CAT、SOD和POD的酶活性最高,其次是RA1,最后是GA18。在核不育系的抗氧化酶的杂种优势上。大部分组合的抗氧化酶酶活性介于双亲之间,同时在CAT和POD酶活性上,部分组合在4个时期存在中亲优势。Three nuclear sterile lines were employed as female parents,while 3 conventional varieties were employed as male parents,antioxidant enzyme activity of F1 generation and parents were measured,as a result,in the cotton growth stage,the ac- tivity of CAT enzyme and SOD enzymes activity was highest around on July 21 ,then began to decline. POD enzymes activity has been rising. In three nuclear sterile female, SOD,POD and CAT enzyme activity of HNI0 was the highest,followed by RA1, finally GA18,in heterosis of antioxidant enzymes of nuclear sterile lines, antioxidant enzyme activity of most combina- tions had negative over-parent heterosis. Meannhile, in the enzymes activity of CAT and POD,some combinations in the four periods had mid-parent heterosis.
