摘　　要：介绍了稻瘟病菌[Magnaporthe grisea(Hebert)Barr]孢子的分离和保存方法,并加以比较和分析。结果表明,将发病组织进行保湿培养,产孢后用洗耳球将孢子吹到培养基上挑取单一菌落,采用滤纸片法保存,可以很好地分离和保存稻瘟病菌单孢。The methods of isolation and preservation of single spore of rice blast fungus were introduced, which were taken into comparison and analysis. The results showed that the diseased tissues were cultured by moisture-retaining, then the spores produced were blown into the plate culture medium to pick a single colony with ear washing bulb and preservated by filter paper method, which could isolate and preservate the single spore of rice blast fungus commendably.
