摘 要:采用研磨法和浸渍法来制备钴基催化剂,通过改变不同的催化剂载体、焙烧温度以及添加不同的助剂制备了一系列的钴基催化剂,采用X-射线衍射(XRD)、比表面积测试法(BET)、电感耦合等离子发射光谱(ICP)、热重分析(TG)和透射电镜(TEM)等手段对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,焙烧温度为400℃、以Rh为助剂、Al2O3为载体、研磨法制备出的钴基催化剂具有较高表征性能。A catalyst grinding and impregnation method was used to prepare cobalt-based catalyst. The preparation was based on changing different catalyst carrier, calcination temperature as well as adding different additives, and the characterization was based on the means of XRD, BET, ICP, TG, TEM, etc. The results showed that when calcination temperature was 400℃, the cobalt-based catalysts prepared by grinding method with Rh as the additive, Al2O3 as the carrier possessed higher performance characterization.
