摘　　要：研究分析和准确把握湖北农业及农村经济的新特点,对于推动湖北现代农业的发展具有重要意义。随着社会经济的快速发展,湖北农业及农村经济发展到了一个新的历史阶段。本研究总结了湖北现代农业发展的新特点,分析了影响现代农业发展的几个重要因素,最后就促进湖北现代农业的发展提出了几点对策建议。Researching, analyzing and accurately grasping the new characteristics of agriculture and rural economy have im-portant significance in driving the modern agricultural development of Hubei province. With the rapid development of social e-conomy, the agriculture and rural economics of Hubei province have been developed to a new historical stage. In the re-search the new characteristics of modern agricultural development of Hubei province were summarized,and several important factors influencing the modern agricultural development were analyzed,finally some suggestions for promoting the modern agri-cultural development of Hubei province were put forward.
