摘　　要：本文在研究了前人有关番茄红素测定方法的基础上,探索出了一种简便实用的以紫外分光光度计为手段的测定方法。In this paper, after studying the predecessors on the basis of lycopene determination method, explored a simple and practical determination method by means of ultraviolet spectrophotometer.
