摘  要:测定在不同浸泡液、不同浸泡时间和浸泡温度下密胺餐具中重金属铅、镉的迁移情况,以了解密胺餐具的安全性使用。采用ICP-MS(电感耦合等离子体质谱仪)对浸出液进行测定,结果表明:密胺餐具在4%乙酸下浸泡重金属迁移率最高,且温度越高,使用酸性液浸泡时间越长,则重金属迁出越明显;在油性条件下重金属的迁出较少,中性和极性条件下均有一定量的迁出。Migration situation of heavy metals of lead and cadmium in melamine tableware was measured at different soaking liquid, different soaking time and immersion temperature, in order to understand the safety of the use of melamine tableware. ICP-MS (Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry) was used to detect the immersion solution, the results showed that, the heavy metal in melamine tableware had highest migration rate in 4% acetic acid soaking, and the higher the temperature, the longer using acid soaking liquid, the heavy metals moved out more obviously; Under the condition of oil, the heavy metals moved out less, neutral and polarity conditions had a certain amount of emigration.
