摘　　要：醚化淀粉是一类重要的化学改性淀粉,其具有优良的性能,广泛应用到很多领域。文章重点综述了醚化淀粉的制备工艺,重点探讨了目前的研究热点及存在的问题。最后,对醚化淀粉的应用和发展进行展望。Etherified starch is a kind of important chemical modified starch, it has excellent performance, widely applied to many fields. This paper summarizes the preparation technology of etherification of starch and probes into the current research focus and problems. Finally, the application and development of etherification of starch was discussed.
