摘  要:市场上某柴油车在特定工况下会出现冒黑烟问题。通过拆解排气管,进行燃油品质分析、颗粒物成分分析、催化器前温度分析和CFD分析,最终确定问题的原因在于催化器前温度低,达不到正常的催化反应温度要求。重新布置催化器位置,优化后的柴油车冒黑烟现象消失。The diesel vehicle is appeared the problem of black smoke in the market at specific working conditions. The exhaust pipe was dismount and disconnected to search causation. Ultimately, the cause of the problem was determined that the low temperature before catalyzer, which could not up to the requirement of normal catalytic reaction temperature, by analyses of fuel quality, compositon of particles, temperature before catalyzer and computer fluid dynamics (CFD). The position of the catalyzer was. rearranged, so the phenomenon of black smoke was disappeared for the optimized diesel vehicle.
