综合护理在小儿秋季腹泻治疗中的应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预在小儿秋季腹泻治疗中的效果。方法收集2013年1月-2014年12月期间我院就诊治疗的秋季腹泻患儿共98例,将所有患儿随机分为研究组和对照组,每组49例患儿,研究组用综合护理措施干预,包括入院护理、臀部护理、杀菌消毒、心理护理及健康教育、出院指导。对照组给予常规的护理措施。比较两组临床症状改善情况、临床疗效及满意度。结果研究组临床治疗总有效率（93.8%）高于对照组（77.5%）,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。研究组止泻时间、呕吐改善时间、退热时间均短与对照组,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。研究组满意率（93.9%）明显高于对照组（79.6%）,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在小儿秋季腹泻治疗中实施综合护理干预效果显著,可使临床症状快速改善,总有效率及护理满意度明显提高,可在临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of diarrhea in autumn. Methods 98 cases the fall of diarrhea were selected from January 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital for treatment,all the children were randomly divided into the study group the and control group,there were 49 cases in each group,the patients of the study group were treated with integrated care intervention measures,including hospital care,buttocks care,sterilization, psychological care and health education,discharge guidance.The patients of the control group were received routine nursing care.The clinical symptoms,clinical efficacy and satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results The clinical total efficiency of the study group（93.8%）was higher than that of the control group（77.5%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The antidiarrheal time,vomiting improve time,cooling time of the study group were shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The satisfaction rate of the study group（93.9%）was significantly higher than the control group（79.6%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implemented in the treatment of diarrhea in autumn comprehensive nursing intervention effect is significant,can rapidly improve the clinical symptoms,the total efficiency and significantly improved satisfaction with care,can be applied in clinical practice.
