Objective To explore the effect of pelvic floor muscle training on the rehabilitation of pelvic floor function in patients with Prolift pelvic reconstructive surgery. Methods 100 patients of pelvic organ prolapse underwent Prolift pelvic reconstructive surgery in our hospital from January 2011 to June 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each. The control group received conventional nursing measures, the observation group was given pelvic floor muscle training nursing measures. The subjective, objective effects and quality of life of patients in both groups before and after nursing were evaluated. Results The hospital stay of the observation group was shorter than the control group, cure rate was significantly higher, postoperative complications and recurrence rate were significantly lower(P〈0.05).PFDI-20 and PFIQ-7 scores of the observation group after nursing were significantly lower than the control group, the quality of life score were significantly higher(P〈0.05). Conclusion Using pelvic floor muscle training nursing measures in patients with prolift pelvic reconstructive surgery can improve pelvic floor function and quality of life.
