纯钛爪形肋骨接骨板治疗多发肋骨骨折对肋间神经痛缓解的研究

摘　　要：目的观察纯钛爪形肋骨接骨板治疗多发肋骨骨折对肋间神经痛缓解的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2013年3月-2014年12月我院收治的多发肋骨骨折124例,根据不同治疗方法分为观察组和对照组,分别进行纯肽爪形肋骨接骨板内固定术和保守治疗。治疗后观察胸痛缓解情况、胸部活动情况、住院时间,术后肺不张、肺部感染等并发症发生的情况。结果观察组治疗后胸痛缓解情况、胸部活动情况、住院时间,术后肺不张、肺部感染等并发症均少于对照组,差异具有统计意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用纯钛爪形肋骨接骨板治疗多发肋骨骨折,具有胸痛缓解明显、胸部活动恢复良好、住院时间短、术后肺不张、肺部感染并发症少等优点,具有明显的临床疗效,有效提高患者的生活质量。Objective To study the therapeautic effect of claw-like rib titanium bone plate for intercostal neuralgia in multiple rib fracture. Methods The clinical data of 124 cases of multiple rib fracture were retrospectively analyzed, who were admitted into our hospital from March 2013 to December. The patients were devided into the observing group or control group by theapeautic method. Chest pain, chest activity, hospitalization stay and complications were assessed and compared between the two groups. Results Siganificant differences were seen between these two group in chest pain, chest activity, hospitalization day and complications. Conclusion The treatment of multiple rib fracture by claw-like rib titanium bone plate is effective with obvious relief of chest pain, better recovery of chest activity, shorter hospital stay, and fewer complications; which can help to improve the life quality.
