摘　　要：2例男性患者,年龄分别为64岁和39岁。2例患者均表现为反复面部、躯干红斑、丘疹、丘疱疹伴疼痛。病史长达1年及2年。皮损组织病理示:真皮浅中层弥慢性中性粒细胞浸润。诊断:Sweet综合征。Two males,aged of 64 and 39 years,presented with painful erythema,papules and papulovesicles in the face and trunk for 1 ～ 2 years. Pathological examination showed diffuse neutrophilic infiltrate in the dermis. A diagnosis of Sweet syndrome was made.
