果酸换肤术治疗痤疮的疗效和安全性观察

摘　　要：目的评价果酸换肤术治疗痤疮的临床疗效和安全性。方法应用浓度为20%,35%,50%,70%的果酸治疗44例痤疮患者,采用自身前后对照进行疗效观察。结果 44例患者完成治疗。8周后痊愈率9.09%,显效率50.00%,好转率38.64%,有效率59.09%;炎性皮损减退率高于非炎性皮损。结论果酸换肤术治疗痤疮安全有效。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects and safety of serial glycolic acid peels in treatment of acne. Methods Forty-four cases of acne patients were given a series of 4 sessions glycolic acid peelings with different concentrations（ 20%,35%,50%,70%）. The clinical effects were evaluated by the improvement in symptoms and the lesion counts. Results Forty-four cases completed the treatment. After8 weeks treatment,9. 09% patients were cured,50. 00% patients were greatly improved,38. 64% patients were improved. The effective rate was 59. 09%. The number of the inflammatory lesions decreased obviously. Conclusion The present study suggests that serial glycolic acid peels should be considered as an effective and safe therapy in acne.
