关于开展社区老年人心理健康服务的探讨

摘　　要：目前我国人口老龄化的现状与发展趋势使得老年人群的各种问题逐年突出。随着医学模式的转变,老年人心理问题越来越受到重视。我国传统的心理健康服务内容狭窄,形式单一,已经无法满足老年人的心理健康需求。本文基于社区自身的特点,分析社区心理健康服务在维护老年人心理健康方面相对于我国传统心理服务模式中的独特优势,并以独特的切入点分析存在的社区老年人心理服务问题,提出完善方案,总结出符合我国国情的、具有实践意义的社区心理健康服务之路。The current conditions and developing tendency of population aging in China lead to a variety of agerelated problems among the aged people. Owing to the transformation of medical model, more importance has been attached to the mental health of the aged people. However, the mental health needs of the aged cannot be satisfied because of the traditional mode of mental health services with narrow range and single form. Based on the characteristics of the community, the advantage of community mental health service in improving old people＇s mental health is analyzed in this paper in comparison with the Chinese traditional psychology service mode. Targeting the current issues in the community mental health service, we put forward the improving measures and work out a way of developing the community mental health service which conforms to the situation of China and has practical significance.
