摘　　要：目的：研制一种无线便携式数字化成像系统（digital radiography,DR）支撑装置,可在野战救援环境下实现快速数字化X线摄影。方法：采用轻质材料及多段插接式设计,由可扩展支撑底板、插接式支撑臂、升降式组合机头悬挂臂、无线平板探测器存储盒、平板计算机及接收器固定支架组成。结果：该装置整体质量≤45 kg,可单兵携带和使用,单人拆装时间≤2 min,摄影高度调节范围为750~1 950 mm,可实现多种体位的快速数字X线摄影。结论：该装置具有轻便易携、快速装卸等特点,可实现X线影像检查的前移,从而提高野战救援水平。Objective To design a wireless portable DR support device to facilitate rapid digital X-ray radiography in field conditions.Methods The device made of light materials was composed of multi-section plug-in components,including expandable support baseplate,plug-in support arm,elevating composite suspended arm on the head piece,storage box for wireless plate detector,flat-panel computer and receiver support frame.Results The device had the weight not more than 45 kg,deployment and withdrawal time individually not more than 2 min and regulation range for photographing height from 750 to 1 950 mm,which could be carried and used individually and realize rapid X-ray photograph for multi positions.Conclusion The device can forward X-ray examination to enhance field medical rescue.
