摘　　要：目的:研制一种担架转轮附属装置,用于平战时辅助担架快速转运伤病员,减少战斗减员,提高生存能力。方法:用担架卡槽、承载结构、卡紧螺帽和360°多向转轮组成高约15 cm的辅助装置。该装置担架卡槽侧壁和卡紧螺栓均带有环形牙槽,便于与担架杆充分卡紧;承载结构由空心钢管做成,在承载担架所需韧性的前提下尽量减轻装置的质量,便于携带;转轮可以360°任意方向旋转,便于运送伤员时向任意方向行进。结果:该装置在使用过程中操作方便,15 cm的高度能帮助担架快速越过一般的障碍,在单个救护员匍匐前进的动作协助下就能快速将伤病员运送至后方安全地带。结论:该装置可满足平战时单兵执行伤员急救后送的需要,战时能减少伤员及救护员暴露的风险,对战场上提高伤病员及救护员安全、提高伤病救治能力、减少伤员伤亡、保证战斗力具有重要意义。Objective To develop a set of stretcher runner appurtenances for auxiliary casualty transport at wartime and peacetime.Methods The appurtenances with a height of 15 cm were composed of a snapping slot,bearing mechanism,tightening nut and all-directional runners.The circular chucking grooves on the bolt and lateral wall of the snapping slot made the appurtenances attached to the stretcher pole.The bearing mechanism was made of hollow steel pipe to ensure the toughness and portability with the weight reduced to the most.The runners facilitated the stretcher to move at all directions.Results The 15 cm height of the appurtenances gifted the stretcher with the ability to go across the barrier,and the ability to transport the casualty with the corpsman crawling.Conclusion The appurtenances contributes to casualty transport by one corpsman,while the risks of the casualty and corpsman are reduced greatly.
