便携式多功能卫生防疫洗消背囊的灾害救援现场应用研究

摘　　要：目的:验证将便携式多功能卫生防疫洗消背囊应用于灾害救援现场的有效性和安全性,为其未来救援应用提供评价依据。方法:采用现场模拟对比试验,将便携式多功能卫生防疫洗消背囊和传统救援卫生防疫进行比较,验证此背囊在灾害救援过程中的便携性、时效性和安全性。同时对比分析国内外同类型洗消装备。结果:便携式多功能卫生防疫洗消背囊较传统方式更具便携性、时效性和安全性。与传统洗消方式相比,其占地面积更小、装备更齐全,即使非专业人员也可快速掌握使用方法。试验中便携式多功能卫生防疫洗消背囊的各项设备、耗材工作正常,机动合格率为100%。洗消模拟过程中也未发生差错。结论:便携式多功能卫生防疫洗消背囊现场演练要求的机动、有效、安全等性能,该背囊均能符合救援要求,值得推广应用。Objective To verify the efficacy and safety of the portable and multi-functional epidemic-prevention and decontamination backpack（abbreviated as the backpack） to provide references for the evaluation of its futural application.Methods Field simulation test was carried out to compare the backpack and the traditional one in portability,timeliness and safety.The decontamination devices from foreign countries and China were also compared.Results The backpack behaved better than the traditional one in portability,timeliness,safety,occupied area and interior device.Non-professional staff could operate the backpack after short training.The backpack had the devices and consumables with the qualification rate as 100%,and there was no errors occurred during the test.Conclusion The backpack can meet the requirements of disaster relief,and is worthy popularizing practically.
