新卫勤保障模式下健康体检信息采集系统的研制与应用

摘　　要：目的:对体系医院为基层部队体检所取得的体检信息数据实现自动采集,为军人电子健康档案系统提供准确的健康信息,适应新模式下的卫勤保障需求。方法:以移动存储介质作为信息收集、传递的载体,使用Power Builder 9.0为工具开发健康体检信息采集系统。结果:由人员基本信息登记程序、体检项目指标采集程序、检验标本信息采集程序、数据分类汇总接口程序组成的健康体检信息采集系统,实现了对体检信息实时精准的采集。结论:健康体检信息采集系统提高了信息采集的准确性和体检人员的工作效率,提升了为部队服务的水平,扩展至其他领域也会收到很好的应用效果。Objective To collect automatically health examination information of rank-and-file soldiers in the institutional hospital,and to provide it to military electronic health records.Methods A portable health examination information acquisition system was developed with mobile information acquisition and transmission carrier as well as Power Builder 9.0.Results The system was composed of the programs for personnel information registration,examination indexes acquisition,samples information acquisition as well as data classification and summarization.Conclusion The information acquisition accuracy and medical personnel＇s working efficiency are improved,and the system can be widely used in other fields.
