摘　　要：阐述了模块化制供氧装置、组合化制供氧装置和一体化制供氧装置3种类型小型制供氧装置的国内外研究进展,并对具有代表性的小型制供氧装置进行了介绍,同时对其基本性能结构和部分关键技术进行了描述。最后针对现有小型制供氧装置存在的问题,对小型制供氧装置的发展前景进行了预测。The small-sized oxygen supply devices were classified as modularized oxygen supply devices,assembled oxygen supply devices and integrative oxygen supply devices.The research status both at home and abroad of every type of small-sized oxygen supply devices and typical devices were introduced,meanwhile,the basic structures,performances and some key technologies were also described.In the end,aiming at the existing deficiency,the coming development tendency of small-sized oxygen supply devices was forecasted.
