提升二代野战卫生装备性能的思路与探索

摘　　要：目的:为更好地服务官兵、服务战场,进一步提升第二代野战卫生装备质量与性能。方法:通过平时卫勤保障、演习检验等方法,查找出卫生装备的短板,应用理论研究、技术创新、信息化提升、军民一体共同改进二代卫生装备。结果:二代野战卫生装备通过与军事一体化指挥平台相衔接,与后勤指挥网相兼容,与北斗导航系统相适应,与救护所局域网等信息化装备相匹配,依托全军卫生装备维修信息中心技术平台,整合卫生资源,逐步达到了卫生装备系列化、维修保障一体化。结论:建立功能齐全、平战结合、系统配套、编配合理、维护便利的野战卫生装备保障体系,可以发挥平战时野战卫生装备的最大效益。Objective To improve the quality and performances of the second-generation field medical equipment.Methods Aiming at the deficiencies of the second-generation field medical equipment,theoretical research,technical innovation,informatization and civil-military integration were all used for the performance improvement.Results The interfaces with military integrated command platform,logistics command network,Bei Dou Navigation Satellite System,medical station LAN and etc were developed for the second-generation field medical equipment.The technical platform in Medical Equipment Maintenance Information Center of the PLA was involved in to integrate medical resources to realize medical equipment serialization and maintenance support integration.Conclusion A support system is established for the field medical equipment with complete functions,civil-military integration,rational allocation and easy maintenance,so that the field medical equipment can be made the best use at peacetime and wartime.
