摘　　要：应用冰山理论分析了科研仪器设备采购和管理过程中存在的问题,提出了科研仪器设备采购管理过程中存在的隐性质量成本以及在管理过程中存在的漏洞。应用分析比较的方法,指出了仪器设备采购管理中的运行成本、维修成本等冰山暗礁,并结合实际情况有针对性地提出了相关对策和建议,以实现采购产品全成本最优,提高仪器设备采购管理的工作效率,确保每台设备能最大限度地发挥其效能。Iceberg theory was used to analyze the problems in R D equipment purchase and management,and the potential cost and leakages during R D equipment purchase management were pointed out.Some other ＂hidden icebergs＂,such as operating cost and maintenance cost,were determined.Some suggestions were put forward to optimize equipment purchase management with consideration on life circle cost.
