摘 要:为克服工业CT扫描较大工件时CT成像系统有效透照厚度受限,在FDK算法的基础上,突破常规的直线、圆和螺旋轨迹扫描模式,研究推导了任意轨迹的扫描模式。并将FDK算法推广到任意轨迹上,弥补了投影数据的缺失,实现了复杂结构件三维CT重构的任意轨迹重建算法。进行了倾斜圆、马鞍线等扫描轨迹的重建,结果表明:该方法具有扫描速度快、时间短的特点,更能提高长宽比较大的结构件重建质量,是医学CT和工业CT常用的算法,且适用于不同设备各种扫描轨迹。When industrial computed tomography (CT) scanning large work piece, the limited effective trans- illumination thickness of CT imaging system should be overcomed. On the basis of the FDK algorithm, breaking through the conventional straight lines, circles and spiral trajectory scanning mode, the arbitrary trajectory scan mode is deduced. Promotion to the arbitrary trajectory, the FDK algorithm was made up for the lack of projection data, has realized the complicated structure of threedimensional CT reconstruction of arbitrary trajectory reconstruction algorithm. The tilted circle, saddle line scanning trajectory reconstruction has been realized, the results show that: the method has improved the scanning speed so the time required is short, and further more it can improve the quality of larger structure reconstruction,. It is medical CT and industrial computed tomography (CT) commonly used algorithm, and can be applied to a variety of different equipment scanning track.
