摘  要:为提升传统的核子液位测量系统的技术性能,研制了基于PLC的新型核子料位计。新型核子料位计采用抗干扰能力强且发展成熟的西门子PLC(S7-200)代替基于单片机、ARM或DSP的主机部分,结合电流型电离室探测器和适宜的放大电路组成一套结构相对简单、测量精度高、易于快速形成产品的核子液位测量系统。测试结果表明:该仪器的反应时间快、测量精度≤±5 mm,放射源的防护符合国家标准,属于一种高精度环保型核子料位计。In order to improve the technical performance of the traditional nuclear liquid level measurement system, a new kind of nuclear material level meter which based on PLC has been developed. The new nuclear material position monitor adopts Siemens PLC (S7 -200) of excellent anti -jam performance and development as a substitute for main part of the equipment based on singer - chip ARM or DSP to constitute nuclear liquid measuring system, with comparatively simple structure, high measure precision, strong anti - jam, and easily rapid - making products combining with ionization chamber detector of electronic current and proper amplified circuit. The test results show that this system has fast response time, measurement precision less than or equal to ± 5 mm, the radiation source protection conforms to the national standard. It belongs to a kind of environmental protection and high precision nuclear material position monitor.
