摘  要:分析了福岛核事故后国内外关于应急监测的经验反馈,根据大亚湾、宁德、福清3个典型核电厂应急监测的技术改进状况,针对事故状态下的环境应急监测、流出物应急监测以及人员、场地和设备的监测和去污任务,结合我国核电厂应急监测现场检查和技术审评经验,提出了符合我国国情的核电厂典型应急监测人员组织、应急监测设施设备的功能分类以及应急监测方法的技术特点,为核电厂下一步应急监测持续改进提供参考。Observations and lessons of the emergency monitoring after Fukushima nuclear accident at home and abroad are researched, and emergency monitoring improvement actions of three typical nuclear power plants, such as Daya Bay, Ningde and Fuqing are analyzed in this paper. Combined with experiences of the field inspection and technical review of nuclear power plant emergency monitoring, the typical emergency monitoring organization ,functional classification of emergency monitoring equipment and technical features of emergency mo- nitoring methods of nuclear power plants in China are discussed for the task of environment emergency monitoring, effluent emergency monitoring and personnel, facilities and equipment monitoring and decontamination in a nuclear accident. This research can provide reference for continuous emergency monitoring improvement of nuclear power plants.
