摘 要:通过常规陶瓷工艺,结合离子取代,以CaB2Si0.67O5.34作为助溶剂,添加CoFe2O4铁氧体制备了Ca0.218Sr0.43La0.432Fe12O19+δ永磁铁氧体材料.实验结果显示,在成分相同的情况下,与传统的离子取代相比,以CoFe2O4的形式添加,更能有效发挥 Co2+改善永磁铁氧体磁性能的潜力,所获材料的 Br可以提高 4%,同时其Hcj可以提高3%.当CoFe2O4的添加量为7.8wt%时,在空气中1190-1200℃下保温2h烧结,材料的显微结构、密度得到了显著改善,磁性能Hcb为331kA/m,Hcj为416kA/m时,Br可以达到0.458T.Based on the ordinary ceramic process and combined ion substituted technology, the Ca0.218Sr0.43La0.432Fe12O19+δpermanent magnet were synthesized by adding the proper amount of CaB2Si0.67O5.34 cosolvent, which could promote liquid phase sintering for permanent magnet, and the influences of CoFe2O4 components on the magnetic properties of permanent magnet were investigated. The results show that Co2+ ions could effectively improve the magnetic properties when added with CoFe2O4 form compared with traditional ion substituting technology, with increasing of 4% ofBr and 3% ofHcj, respectively. Under 1190 to 1200℃ sintering in air for 2 hours, the microstructure, density of products are significantly improved, and resultantly sample withHcb of 331kA/m,Hcjof 416kA/m, andBr of 0.458 T was prepared for CoFe2O4 content of 7.8wt%.
