摘 要:以青海草地早熟禾(Poa pratensis L.cv.Qinghai)栽培草地为研究对象,分析了不同生长年限草地的地上、地下植物量的动态变化。结果表明,青海草地早熟禾栽培草地地上总植物量在生长第二年达到最高(633.95g/m2),随生长年限的延长总体呈下降趋势。优势种青海草地早熟禾的植物量也呈下降的趋势,生长2年的青海草地早熟禾植物量显著高于其他各生长年限的草地(P〈0.05),生长到第10年,青海草地早熟禾植物量的变化趋于稳定。生长2年和4年的草地其他禾草的植物量差异不显著(P〉0.05);到第5年,其他禾草的植物量为232.63g/m2,与生长2年、4年和10年草地的差异显著(P〈0.05),与生长9年草地差异不显著(P〉0.05)。杂类草随着生长年限的延长呈增加的趋势。不同生长年限青海草地早熟禾栽培草地的大部分地下植物量分布在地表0~10cm处,除40~50cm土层外,生长2年草地的地下植物量均大于其他生长年限的栽培草地;不同生长年限的青海草地早熟禾栽培草地地下植物量的分布随着土层深度的增加呈递减趋势;地下/地上植物量比值呈高-低-高的变化趋势。The P.prateusis Lcv.Qinghai cultivated grassland was as the research subject, dynamic change of aboveground and underground biomass in different growth years were analyzed. The results indicated of grassland plant quantity was not)that total quantity of aboveground biomass of P.pratonsis Lcv.Qinghai cultivated grassland reach maximum for 633.95g/m2 in the second growth year, with the increasing of growth year biomasa tend to declining. Quantity of dominant species of P.pratensis Lev.Qinghai cultivated grassland also tend to declining. The biomass amount of P.pratensis Lcv.Qinghai in growth two year is signilleantly higher than in the other year (P 〈 0.05), the quantity of P.pratensis Lev.Qinghai grassland plants tend to be stable in growth ten years. There is no significant difference (P 〉 0.05) in grassland plant quantity between in growth two years and in growth four years. The other grass biomass was 232.63 g/m2, there is significant difference (P 〈 0.05) compared with growth two year, four year, and ton year grassland Forbs and weed showed an increasing trend with the extension of the growth period. Most underground biomass of P.pratensis Lcv.Qinghai grasslands in different growth years distributed in the soil depth of 0 - 10 cm. The underground biomass of growing two year is greater than the other cultivated grassland. The underground plant quantity distribution of P.pratensis L.cv.Qinghai grasslands in different growth year tend to decreasing with the increasing of soil depth. The ratio of underground and aboveground plant quantity showed change trend from high to low,then high.
