焦饼温度在线测量仪在鞍钢鲅鱼圈的应用

摘　　要：由于传统焦饼测温方法不适用于大型焦炉,所以引进了焦饼温度在线测量仪。鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司结合生产实际,对该套设备进行了改进,从而提高了焦饼温度在线测量稳定性,降低了员工劳动强度。通过开发该设备在焦炉热工管理上潜力,完善了加热制度,提高了加热的均匀性,降低了炼焦耗热量。The online measuring instrument for the temperature of coke cake was importeu because the conventional method for measuring the temperature of coke cake wasn＇t applicable to a large-scale coke oven. However the imported instrument was upgraded according to the actual conditions on the site by Bayuquan Branch of Ansteel. So the stability of online measuring the temperature of the coke cake was improved while the intensity of labor on the part of staff of Ansteel was decreased. Furthermore the heating schedule is improved and perfected and the heating homogeneity is also improved so that the heat consumption for coke-making is cut down by developing the potential of measuring instrument to the coke oven in the field of the management of thermal system.
