摘　　要：文章从对"版权馆员"这一新型图书馆工作岗位的内涵讨论入手,调研国内外"版权馆员"设置的现状,总结了"版权馆员"在图书馆数字资源建设中的必要性和局限,并为我国图书馆版权馆员的设立提出相关建议。The paper discusses the connotation of ＂copyright librarian＂ which is a new type of library occupation. In addition, the paper reviews the study on copyright librarian, points out the shortcomings of domestic research, and finally puts forward some improvement suggestions on domestic copyright librarian settings.
