摘　　要：廖平不仅是晚清著名的经学家,还是一位杰出的文献学家。廖平文献学的价值论取向既具有极强的历史客观性与时代特色,又具有很高的学术价值与理论研究意义,然而却长期被学界所忽视。本文从廖平对文献学价值目标设定、对文献价值重估、对文献文字内涵的延展判断等方面,探究廖平文献学价值论取向的主要特点及其学术价值与意义。Liao Ping is a famous scholar in the study of Confueian classics and a distinguished philologist in the late Qing Dynasty. Liao Ping＇ s value theory orientation of philology not only has a strong historical objectivity and characteristics of the times, but also has high academic value and theoretical significance; however, that has been long neglected by scholars. The paper explores the main features, academic value and significance of Liao Ping＇ s val- ue theory orientation of philology, starting from the goal setting of philology value, literature valuation, and extension judgment of word connotation by Liao Ping. ~
