摘　　要：[目的/意义]查新点是查新工作的生命线。正确领会项目主题、准确把握项目创新实质,才能快捷、准确地提炼查新点。[方法/过程]从新颖性、准确性、严密性角度对化学化工课题查新点的确定进行研究。根据化工项目特点,结合实际案例,提出查新点的通用表达模式和新颖特征的提取技巧,为快速提炼查新点提供新思路。[结果/结论]化学化工课题查新可以从生产过程中找出新颖特征,查新点的确定可套用通式。[Purpose/significance] Novelty retrieval points are the lifeline of novelty search. Correct understanding project’s theme and accurate grasping project’s innovative essence can extract novelty retrieval points quickly and accurately. [Method/process]The paper studies ascertaining of novelty search points in subjects of chemistry and chemical engineering from perspectives of novelty,accuracy and tightness. It bases on chemical project’s properties and practical cases, proposes general expression of novelty search points and extracting techniques for of novel features, so as to provide a new thinking for ascertaining novelty retrieval points rapidly.[Result/conclusion] The paper thinks that it can find novelty feature from productive process in doing chemistry and chemical engineering novelty retrieval, and it can apply general formula in ascertaining novelty retrieval points.
