摘　　要：21世纪海上丝绸之路建设,不仅是我国海洋事业和海洋经济发展的重要时期,也是我国海岛发展的重大机遇和挑战。海岛作为大陆领土在海上的延伸,在海洋发展的关键时刻,因岛制宜,提高海岛在战略价值地位、区位条件和资源优势的特殊作用,加快对特殊区域和重点区域的海岛战略价值评价工作,逐步挖潜海岛的军事中转补给和通道保障作用,开拓海岛地区发展和管理新模式,进一步促进海上丝绸之路建设。In twenty--first Century, the construction of the Silk Road on the sea is not only an important period for the development of China＇s marine industry and marine economy, but also a great opportunity and challenge for the development of the island in China.
