摘  要:含甲苯废气是化工、医药企业常见的一类有机废气,对人体及环境危害严重,是迫切需要解决的一种有机污染物。本文选择BDO、DEHA、柠檬酸钠、干薄荷提取液、鲜薄荷提取液五种吸收剂,优化了实验条件。结果表明:1,4-丁二醇(BDO)对甲苯具有较高的吸收效果,薄荷精油仅起到调节吸收剂气味的作用,与美国产品相比较,BDO的吸收效率略高,在吸收甲苯的工程应用上,BDO具有处理成本低、效率高、操作简单等特点。Toluene waste gas is a kind of common organic waste gas of chemical and pharmaceutical enterprises that should be treated urgently,which has serious injury on environment and human health. BDO,DEHA,sodium citrate,dry mint extract and fresh mint extract were chosen as the absorbent,and its optimized experimental conditions and treatment effect were also discussed. The orthogonal test result showed that 1,4-( BDO) had a high absorption effect on toluene,the essential oil of mint was to adjust the smell of the absorbent. Compared with the United States,the absorption efficiency of BDO was slightly higher. In the engineering application of absorption of toluene,BDO had the characteristics of low cost,high efficiency,simple operation,and so on.
