摘 要:以马铃薯薯渣为接枝底物,K2S2O8-Na2S2O3为引发剂,N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,部分中和的丙烯酸为接枝单体,以溶液聚合法制备了生物质可降解保水剂,其最佳制备工艺条件为:丙烯酸中和度70%,引发剂浓度为4.56 mmol/L,交联剂用量2.6‰,反应温度70℃,马铃薯薯渣总量占固含量20%时,生物质可降解保水剂对蒸馏水、ωNa Cl=0.9%水溶液的最大吸收倍率分别为601 g/g、58 g/g。Using on the potato waste residue as grafted substrates,biomass biodegradable aquasorb was prepared by solution polymerization of partly-neutralized acrylic acid on the chain of potato waste residue in aqueous solution,in which potassium persulfate-Sodium thiosulfate was used as the initiator,N,N'-methylenedouble acrylamide as cross-linking agent. The optimum technological conditions were as follows: acrylic acid neutralization degree of 70%,initiator concentration of 4. 56 mmol / L,crosslinking agent of 2. 6‰,the temperature of 70 ℃ and potato waste residue accounts for20% in the solid content. The synthesized biomass biodegradable aquasorb had better water holding performance with its water absorbency in distilled water could reach 601 g / g and 58 g / g for ωNa Cl= 0. 9% water solution.
