摘  要:运用流动注射光度法与亚甲蓝分光光度法测定了水中阴离子表面活性剂(LAS)。结果表明:流动注射法与国标分光光度法两种检验方法测定结果无显著差异,流动注射分析法测定阴离子表面活性剂的精密度、准确度和加标回收率均满足水质检测的质量控制要求。相对而言,流动注射分析法操作简便,分析效率高,极大地提高了分析速度,因此有利于大批量样品分析。In this study,flow injection spectrophotometry and methylene blue spectrophotometric method were used to determine the concentration of anionic surfactants in water. The results showed that there was no significant differences in results by these two testing methods. The precision,accuracy and recovery rate of flow injection spectrophotometry met all the quality control demands. Relatively speaking,flow injection spectrophotometry was easy to operate with high efficiency,which greatly improved the speed of analysis,so this method was advantageous for the analysis of large quantities of samples.
