摘　　要：培养具有实践创新能力的高级应用型人才是应用化学专业内涵建设的重要内容。本文主要分析了本专业生产实习过程中存在的主要问题并提出了相应针对性的解决方案。通过结合本地区资源优势和专业培养目标,创新改革生产实习教学模式,促进产学研一体化共同发展,为培养高素质、实践能力强、有竞争力的应用型专门人才服务。Cultivating advanced applied talents with the ability of practical innovation is an important content in the connotation construction of Applied Chemistry. the main problems existing in the process of production practice were analyzed,and the corresponding solutions were proposed. Combined the regional resource advantages and specialty training objectives,practice teaching mode was innovated and reformed,to promote the development of industry university research integration,and cultivate competitive talents with high quality and strong practical ability.
