摘 要:采用微电解-Fenton氧化技术处理聚驱采油污水,探讨了p H值、反应时间、曝气量对CODCr和HPAM去除效果的影响。实验结果表明,当p H值为3、曝气量为100 L/h,微电解反应50 min,然后调节H2O2浓度为2 g/L,反应60 min,CODCr和HPAM去除率可达到83.2%、80.8%;Fe2+、Fe3+与HPAM形成的复合絮凝剂,再添加Na OH调节p H值为10,出水中浊度去除率达到91.2%。In this work,polymer flooding produced water was treated by using micro- electrolysis- Fenton oxidation technology. Effect of p H,reaction time and aeration amount of micro- electrolysis- Fenton oxidation technology on removal efficiency of CODCrand HPAM were discussed. The results showed that when p H = 3,aeration amount was 100 L / h,micro- electrolysis reaction time was 50 min. After adjusted the H2O2concentration( 2 g / L),and Fenton oxidation reaction time was 60 min,the removal ratio of CODCrand HPAM could reach 83. 2% and 80. 8%,respectively. In reaction,the Fe2 +and Fe3 +produced in the micro- electrolysis reaction would form compound flocculant with HPAM,after adjusted p H( 10),the removal ratio of turbidity could reach 91. 2%.
