摘　　要：油气储运工程专业设备检修安装实习是提高学生综合素质的重要教学环节,教学质量对学生尽快适应企业工作很重要。本文从实习内容的选择、实习时间的确定、实习指导书的作用、实习过程的组织指导、实习成绩评定和实习总结等方面对提高实习效果进行阐述和分析,通过实践总结得出,实习作用的显现必须在思想上重视实践教学,注重学习理论与实践教学的结合,重视实习的每一个环节、实习教学与企业的合作和硬件的投入。Internship of Installation and Maintenance of Equipment of Oil and Gas Storage and Transportation Engineering speciality is an important teaching link for raising the overall quality of students,and is essential for their adapting to work in enterprises. Many aspects of improving effects of internship were explained and analyzed,such as choice of practice content,fixation of practice time,effects of practice instruction book,organized instruction during the internship,evaluation of achievements,the internship report,etc. It was concluded by practice that to make sure the experience of internship functions,we must mentally attach great importance to practice teaching,combination of theory and practice,every link during the internship,cooperation with enterprises and investment of hardware.
