摘 要:以三聚氯氰、聚乙二醇400为主要原料,合成含有双二氯均三嗪活性基团的化合物BTP400。考察合成工艺因素对BTP400产率的影响;以红外和质谱表征产物结构,并考察BTP400浸渍整理棉织物的抗皱性能。结果表明:成功制备了化合物BTP400;在优化后的合成工艺条件下BTP400的产率为87.3%;当BTP400的质量浓度为12g/L时,整理棉织物的干态折皱回复角由146°提高至207°;经过30次水洗后,整理棉织物干态折皱回复角仍达到202°,耐洗性优良,且白度及断裂强力与原织物持平。With cyanuric chloride and polyethylene glycol 400 as main raw materials, this study synthesizes compound BTP400 containing dual dichloro and s-triazine active groups, investigates the influence of synthetic process factors on BTP400 productivity, characterizes product structure with infrared and mass spectrum and investigates anti-winkle property of cotton fabrics treated with BTP400. The result shows compound BTP400 is prepared successfully; its productivity is 87. 3% under synthetic process conditions after optimization; when its mass concentration is 12 g/L, dry wrinkle recovery angle of cotton fabrics increases to 207° from 146°; after fabrics are washed for 30 times, dry winkle recovery angle still reaches 202°. They have good washability those of original fabrics. and their whiteness and breaking force are equal to
