摘　　要：通过对现有的LPG码头进行改建,在满足LNG船靠泊、系泊要求的条件下,增加相应的工艺和消防设施,使LPG码头能够靠泊LNG船,从而进行LNG的装卸,能够节省新建LNG码头的建设投资和建设时间,为气源缺乏地区实现快速供气创造可能性。从航行条件适应度、码头结构及工艺设施的匹配等角度,提出LPG等液体化工码头通过改建实现靠泊LNG运输船的关键设计要点和改建措施。Based on the rebuilding of existing LPG jetty, under the condition that the existing LPG jetty meets the berthing and mooring requirements, we increased the appropriate process and fire fighting facilities, and make the LPG jetty suitable to mooring and unloading LNG carriers, can save the construction time and cost of new LNG jetty, and set the stage for alleviate natural gas resources in the amount of tension. We put forward design points and rebuilding measures for rebuilding LPG jetty and other liquid chemicals wharfs to mooring LNG carriers from the aspects as navigation suitability, jetty structure and process facilities, etc.
