摘　　要：海运是支持一个国家贸易发展的重要交通方式,国际贸易离不开海运的支持,中国作为一个泱泱大国,幅员辽阔,海岸线绵长,地区间贸易往来更离不开海运。文章主要以广东省主要港口的固体散装货物为研究对象,研究经过海运的各港口的固体散装货货物流向问题。通过对大部分固体散装货的国、内外货物流向加以跟踪,分析研究货物流向的实际应用,辅助海事局规费征稽人员完成规费征稽的任务,避免漏征错征现象的发生,帮助海运贸易相关从业人员掌握货物贸易网络构成完善自身贸易结构组织,甚至还能够在宏观层面上帮助相关部门、行业组织掌握国内外货物的大体流向,制定贸易政策、策略及应对措施。Shipping is a way of the important tra^c transportation. It supports a country＇s trade development. International trade cannot depart from the support of shipping. As a vast country, China has long coastline, regional trade cannot work without shipping. The paper mainly does research on the direction of flow for solid bulk cargo from major ports in Guangdong province. Through tracking goods flow to the inside and outside, analyzing its practical use, not can help the maritime safety administration on fees levy but can avoid leaking fees or make mistakes. It can also help the related staff master the goods trade networks constitute to improve their trade structure. Furthermore. it even can help related departments on macro level and industry organizations control the general flow of the goods in order to formulate trade policy, strategy and measures.
