摘  要:同城配送是我国最近几年才兴起的一种同一城市内的物流配送方式,同传统的物流配送相比,当前国内的同城配送物流企业发展很快,基本上覆盖了各大中小城市。但由于同城配送企业规模不一,进入门槛比较低,同城配送又是直接面向物流的收发货方,同城配送成为了物流企业中出现问题最多的物流配送方式。层次分析法是一种常见的风险评估方法,它可以将定性的风险管理问题进行风险量化,得出风险的优先解决顺序,从而依据有限的资源得出相对最佳的解决策略。文中将从国内同城配送企业的风险分析出发,通过分析层次分析法与同城配送企业风险管理之间的关系,找出层次分析法在同城配送企业风险管理中应用的策略,提供一个解决同城配送企业风险管理的风险防范体系,改善同城配送企业的风险管理,降低同城配送企业的潜在损失。City distribution is emerged in recent years in our country in a same city logistics distribution mode, compared with the traditional logistics distribution, the current domestic city distribution logistics enterprise development soon, basically covers all the medium cities. But as a result of city distribution enterprise size is differ,barriers to entry is low,city distribution and directly to the logistics of the shipper, city distribution has become the most problems in logistics enterprises of logistics distribution mode. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is a common risk assessment methods, it can be qualitative risk quantitative risk management issues, it is concluded that the priority order of risk, and on the basis of the limited resources relative to the solution of the optimal strategy. This article embarks from the domestic risk analysis of city distribution enterprise, based on the analysis of the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the relationship between the city distribution enterprise risk management, find out the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) in the strategy of city distribution enterprise risk management in the application, and provides a solution to risk prevention system of city distribution enterprise risk management, and improve the risk management of city distribution enterprise, and reduce the potential loss of city distribution enterprise.
