摘　　要：南宋迁岭文人黄公度以状元之才谪居岭南肇庆而久负盛名,其被贬主要有两个原因:一是与秦桧的政敌、当时名臣赵鼎往来酬酢时相过从,交往甚密;二是写诗讥讽时政,并欲通过野史著述来贬斥权奸秦桧而遭报复。在分析黄公度贬谪肇庆原因的基础上,对其文化性格、人生思考及其在贬所肇庆的政事治绩、干谒活动与文学创作详加辨析,力图对其在肇庆所作诗词的思想内涵、审美风貌进行客观、公允的评价。The famous writer, Huang Gong-du was banished to Zhaoqing in the Southern Song Dynasty. The reasons of his banishment are： 1） he had close relationship and frequent exchanges with Zhao Ding, who was Qin Hui＇s political opponents; 2）his poetry criticism of politics and the writing of history to blame a traitor, which was against Qin Hui. In this paper, the author will analyze the reasons of his banishment to Zhaoqing, his person- ality, thinking and deeds, and then analyze his Ganye activities and the literary creation, and try to evaluate the content and the artistic features of the poetry of this writer objectively and justly.
