摘　　要：当前我国的风险投资业还不是现代意义上的风险投资业，要想加速我国风险投资业的发展，必须要解决好以下四个问题：①多渠道开辟风险资本来源，使民间资本成为风险投资的主角；②健全法律法规体系，提供良好的政策环境；③加快培养高素质、职业化的风险投资专业人才；④培育多层次的、健全的资本市场体系，建立风险资本的退出渠道。Nowadays our country＇s venture investment still hasn＇t the meaning of the modern venture investment.Speeding up the development of our country＇s venture investment must solve four problems.Firstly,establishing in various channels the source of venture capital to made the civil capital become the pole of venture investment.Secondly,perfecting the law and regulation system to professionals talents with high quality in venture investment.Finally,bringing up multi-level and perfect capital market system to set up the withdrawal channels of venture investment.
