摘　　要：文章通过对《唐人小说》中所描写的女性的形体进行分析和概括,揭示了唐代士人对细腰纤手、肤白貌艳的女性形体的偏爱。这种对女性形体的审美具有一定的时代继承性,而男性作者对女性形体的审美观照也具有特殊的意义:文章打破了"唐人以胖为美"的传统看法,对我们全面了解唐代社会女性的审美文化也具有一定的意义。Female physical beauty is an important part of aesthetic culture, we generally think that fat is beautiful and it is a unique female aesthetic orientation in Tang Dynasty. While, is it really that fat is beautiful in Tang Dynasty？ Through analyzed and summarized the female physical in the description of ＂Novels of Tang Dynasty＂, it reveals that the intellectuals have a preference for the female who have slim waists and fingers, fair skin and coquettish face. This aesthetic about female physical, meanwhile, has a certain succession. It is also has a special meaning that focus on the female physical from the male perspective： it can make people to think about how to grasp the beauty rationally and how to make it become a pure aesthetic activities. It is not only able to break the conventional view that fat is beautiful in Tang Dynasty, but also make us have a certain significance about how to have a comprehensive understanding of Tang Dynasty.
