休闲产业发展潜力评价及实证研究——以浙江宁波市为例

摘　　要：从支撑条件、发展环境、市场潜力和发展效益等四个方面构建了休闲产业发展潜力评价指标体系;在用层次分析法和熵值法分别计算出评价因子主观权重和客观权重的基础上,通过"最小二乘法模型"求得了评价因子的综合权重,并采用线性加权平均法对评价指标进行了综合;最后以浙江省宁波市为例进行实证研究。结果说明构建的休闲产业发展潜力评价指标体系具有一定的科学性和可操作性,用最小二乘法确定休闲产业发展潜力评价因子权重可使评价结果更加客观、可信。This paper has set up an evaluation The system includes supporting conditions, the index system of development potential of leisure industry. development environment, the market potential and the development benefits. It figures out the subjective and objective weighs of each index by analytic hierarchy process and entropy method, and obtains the comprehensive weighs through the least square model. This paper sets up the linear weighting function model with comprehensive evaluation indexes. Finally, this empirical study takes as example of Ningbo City in Zhejiang Province. The result is consistent with the actual evaluation result, which shows that the evaluation system reflects the development potential of leisure industry from four aspects, the least squares method can overcome the weaknesses of AHP method and entropy teeclmoloav, and make the results more obiective and reliahl~
