摘　　要：目的根据临床实际需要,研制一种集吸痰、吸氧及气管切开换药功能于一身的新型气道护理车,以提高临床工作效率,减轻护士工作中的疲劳感。方法遵循医院感染控制标准及临床实际需要,研制出一种多功能气道护理车。结果多功能气道护理车在医院护理新技术新发明比赛中获得优秀成绩,并在临床应用中获得较高的护士满意度。结论多功能气道护理车结构合理,操作方便,适用于临床气道切开及非气道切开需要吸氧、吸痰的患者,值得在临床推广与应用。Objective To develop a new type of airway care vehicle-sputum suction, oxygen inhalation and tracheotomy dressing change- based on the clinical actual demand, to improve the clinical work efficiency and reduce the fatigue of nurses. Methods According to the standard of hospital infection control and clinical practical demand, a kind of multifunctional airway nursing vehicle was developed.Results The multifunctional airway care vehicle obtained excellent results in the competition of new technique and new invention of hospital care, and obtained high satisfaction of nurses in clinical application. Conclusions Multifunction airway care vehicle is suitable for the patients needing oxygen inhalation, sputum suction in tracheotomy and non tracheotomy due to its reasonable structure and convenient operation, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
