彩色多普勒超声在诊断下肢深静脉血栓中的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析彩色多普勒超声对下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的临床诊断价值。方法选择2013年6月至2015年1月我院收治的疑似下肢DVT患者90例为研究对象,先后对患者行彩色多普勒超声检查与深静脉造影检查,分析两种方法的检查结果。结果 90例疑似下肢DVT患者经彩色多普勒超声检查诊断阳性74例,阴性16例,经深静脉造影检查诊断阳性73例,阴性17例。两种方法一致性检验Kappa值=0.82,彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢静脉血栓的敏感度为97.3%(71/73),特异度为82.4%(14/17)。结论彩色多普勒超声在诊断下肢深静脉血栓中显示出较高的敏感度、特异度,具有无创、实时等优点,可作为诊断下肢深静脉血栓的重要影像学方法。Objective To analyze the clinical diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in lower extremity deep venous thrombosis（DVT）. Methods 90 patients with suspected lower extremity DVT treated in our hospital from June 2013 to January 2015 were implemented color Doppler ultrasound examination and deep vein angiography examination, the results of two methods were analyzed.Results The results of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of 90 patients with suspected lower extremity DVT showed 74 positive cases and 16 negative cases, the results of deep vein angiography showed 73 positive cases and 17 negative cases. The Kappa value of consistency check of two methods was 0.82. The sensitivity of color Doppler ultrasound was 97.3%, the specificity was 82.4%. Conclusions The color Doppler ultrasound has high sensitivity and specificity in diagnosis of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis, which is noninvasive and real-time, and can be used as an important imaging method in diagnosis of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis.
