优质护理服务对儿童神经母细胞瘤短期预后的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理服务用于儿童神经母细胞瘤治疗中对短期预后的影响。方法选取我院2013年1月至2015年1月收治88例神经母细胞瘤患儿,随机分为两组各44例。对照组采用常规护理干预,研究组在常规护理基础上给予优质护理服务,对比分析两种护理方式对患儿短期预后的影响。结果研究组血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)以及血清铁蛋白水平均明显低于对照组,不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(6.82%vs 25.00%,P<0.05)。结论实施优质护理服务配合临床治疗有助于提高神经母细胞瘤患儿的治疗效果,降低治疗时间及不良反应发生率,改善患儿的生存质量,值得推广。Objective To explore the short-term prognosis of high quality nursing service on pediatric neuroblastoma. Methods 88 children with neuroblastoma treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were randomly divided into two groups, with 44 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, the research group was given high quality nursing service based on the routine nursing. The short-term prognosis of two groups was compared. Results The levels of serum neuron-specific enolase（NSE）, serum lactate dehydrogenase（LDH） and serum ferritin of research group were lower than those of control group, the incidence rate of adverse reactions of research group was 6.82%, lower than 25.00% of control group, P〈0.05. Conclusions The combination of high quality nursing service and clinical treatment is helpful to improve the therapeutic effect of children with neuroblastoma, reduce the treatment time and adverse reactions rate, improve the children＇s quality of life, which is worthy of promotion and application.
